Ordering
How can I track my order?
The tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order has left our warehouse.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel you order up until your order is sent to the warehouse for dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible (9-5pm Monday-Friday) so we can action the cancellation for you.
If your order has already been dispatched by our team, we ask that you follow the returns process.
My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. Please contact us hello@theswitchdepot.co.uk(within 48 hours of receiving your parcel) with your order number and images of the fault and we will get this resolved quickly for you.
Something is missing from my delivery, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear something is missing from your order. Please contact us (within 48 hours of receiving your parcel) with your order number and details of the missing product and we will get this resolved quickly for you.
I’ve received an incorrect product, what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve received the wrong product in your order. Please contact us info@theswitchdepot.co.uk (within 48 hours of receiving your parcel) with your order number and details of the incorrect product you’ve received, and we will get this resolved quickly for you.
I haven't received my order, what do I do?
We're sorry to hear you haven't received your order, please contact us and we'll get back to you with an update.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
What to do if my order has a item on pre-order?
If you order contained a pre-order item you can either contact us and request a part shipment for the remained of the items or wait until the whole order is fulfilled at once. Please note all orders with pre-order items will be held unless a part shipment is requested.
What are your shipping rates?
Currently shipping is priced at £15.00 for DPD next day, £8.00 for DPD and £5.00 for Evri. Orders over £150.00 will have DPD service applied free of charge.
When is the cut off for next day shipping?
Orders for next day shipping must be completed before 2pm, any orders made after that time will be processed the following working day.
Do you ship EU countries?
Currently we do not ship to EU countries
